Ingredients
- 4-5 ripe mangoes peeled and pitted
- 1.5 cups milk you can use any type of milk, such as cow’s milk, almond milk, etc.
- 4-5 tablespoons jaggery or sugar adjust to your taste preference
- 1/8 – 1/4 teaspoon cardamom powder adjust to your taste preference
Instructions
- Wash, peel, and remove the pits from the ripe mangoes. Cut them into chunks.
- In a blender, add the mango chunks, milk, jaggery or sugar, and cardamom powder.
- Blend the ingredients until you have a smooth and creamy mixture. Taste and adjust the sweetness and cardamom flavor as needed.
- If the milkshake is too thick, you can add a bit more milk to achieve your desired consistency. Blend again briefly to incorporate the additional milk.
- Once the mango milkshake is well blended and smooth, pour it into glasses.
- You can garnish the milkshake with a sprinkle of cardamom powder or some mango chunks if you’d like.
- Serve the mango milkshake immediately while it’s fresh and chilled.
